The Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) is a framework developed by the TCFD to help public companies and organizations more effectively disclose climate-related risks and opportunities through their existing reporting processes, in order to increase and improve the reporting of climate-related disclosures. In Singapore, the Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) has now made it mandatory for stock issuers to make climate-related disclosure in their sustainability reports, in line with the recommendations of the TCFD.
