The team holds regular meetings to discuss on methods and strategies to improve our classes and engage students through different activities. As a unified team, we keep very close track of students’ progress, developing better teaching methods for varied types of students. Our on-boarding teachers go through thorough training in our teaching methods and materials. My Masterclass tutors are trained to familiarise themselves with our materials and individual schools’ learning schedules, enabling students across different schools to receive levelled and fair learning opportunities.
